The Role: Branch Manager Manchester
The key purpose of the role is to grow revenue and gross profit through developing the business from our existing customer base and through new customer acquisition, while managing costs to maximise net profit.
You will head up all aspects of growing a busy branch operation. This will include assisting our customers in branch and over the phone with any customer service, technical support, and sales inquiries, as well as driving new business into the branch through proactive sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities: Branch Manager Manchester
* Lead and motivate direct reports to achieve sales forecasts, KPIs, business growth and professional development
* Effective collaboration with head office colleagues and Directors to ensure operational excellence and maximise business performance
* Close tracking of performance to forecasts/ targets and feedback on results
* Head up weekly team meetings to share business updates on performance and operations
* Help customers with any queries, face to face, via email or phone
* Manage stock control, cash and operational processes
* Create quotes and pipeline management
* Ensure operational excellence, from front of house through to back office
