I’m supporting a fantastic client in their search for a proactive Facilities Admin Support professional to join their team, covering London, Bristol and regional estates.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a compliance‑focused environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Focus Areas
* Managing and uploading H&S, Fire, Asbestos and Legionella reports
* Scheduling re‑inspections and tracking remedial actions
* Reviewing assessments, obtaining quotes and instructing small works
* Maintaining compliance trackers and supporting contractor reviews
* Providing wider admin support across projects, meetings and team tasks
* Offering holiday cover and assisting with FM project work
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communicator and collaborative team player
* Confident with Microsoft Office
* Customer service experience beneficial
* Proactive, organised and detail‑driven
* Background in admin; facilities/compliance experience a bonus
