Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well-established and growing law firm in Coventry, West Midlands. This permanent, full-time role offers high-quality claimant work, strong earning potential, and genuine flexibility within a supportive and ambitious team environment.
The successful candidate will join a respected Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department, managing a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, including complex and high-value claims.

Role Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters from inception through to resolution
* Handling both pre‑litigated and litigated claims
* Conducting client meetings and taking detailed instructions
* Attending Court hearings where required
* Liaising with Counsel, medical experts, witnesses, and third parties
* Preparing legal documents, witness statements, schedules of loss, and instructions to experts
* Valuing claims and negotiating settlements
* Working collaboratively within an established claimant Personal Injury team
* Delivering high levels of client care and maintaining strong professional standards
Person Specification
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters
* Strong experience managing both litigated and non‑litigated claims
* A proven track record handling high‑value and complex cases
* Excellent billing history and commercial awareness
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team
* Excellent client care and relationship management skills
