Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our secure self-storage facility, delivering high-quality internal and external storage solutions to both domestic and commercial customers. In this role, you will lead and inspire the onsite team, drive strong sales performance to ensure targets are met, and support the achievement of weekly and quarterly bonuses. You will also be responsible for maintaining outstanding service standards throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, support, and motivate the store team to maximise performance
* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running
* Drive strong sales results using your knowledge of the self-storage industry
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service
* Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and issues
* Maintain a clean, organised, and customer-friendly store environment
* Ensure full compliance with company health and safety procedures
* Coordinate staff schedules to maintain appropriate operational coverage
* Provide out-of-hours support on a rota basis, responding to emergency calls prior to security provider involvement
Qualifications
* Proven management experience in the self-storage sector or a similar environment
* Strong leadership abilities and excellent organisational skills
* Outstanding communication skills, including confident phone and face-to-face interaction
* Ability to motivate, support, and manage a diverse team
* Previous experience in sales and customer service
* Excellent time-management and task-prioritisation skills
* High attention to detail with a focus on store presentation and organisation
* Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
