Graduate Planner
Location: Leeds

They are specialist engineers, consultants and contractors working together to provide exceptional site development services for brownfield and contaminated land. Their solutions ensure their clients receive the best results in the management, development and value:realisation of their land and property assets.
The services they provide range from planning, renewable energy, geotechnical, and demolition just to name a few. These services are provided across a wealth of sectors such as minerals and waste, industrial, energy and commercial
Candidates are required to have:
* RTPI qualified with a Degree / Masters planning qualification
* A robust knowledge of the planning system and experience gained preferably in the energy, waste, minerals commercial and residential sectors
What does the role involve?
* Co:ordinating, and preparing planning applications and environmental impact assessments, developing relationships with clients, local authorities, stakeholders and local communities.
* Managing sub:consultants, undertake site appraisals, and provide strategic and tactical planning advice to clients at senior levels
Projects will be varied including energy infrastructure (solar, battery, wind, hydrogen), waste management, mineral and commercial schemes.
The roles offer a broad range of responsibility for all aspects of the development process including planning policy and appraisal work, land promotion, provision of planning consultancy services, along with detailed development management and project delivery.
