Are you an Admin or similar who already touches H&S paperwork and wants to build a Safety career for an award winning Construction Group known for their friendly and supportive Office environment?
A rare and exciting opportunity to take responsibility for the H&S Administration of an entire group of Leading Construction Companies. You will be responsible for the Administration and H&S while undergoing full training including NEBOSH certification
If you combine H&S knowledge with strong admin/reporting skills, this is a perfect platform to grow toward senior SHEQ, auditing or compliance roles.
Day-to-day snapshot
Log accidents, near misses, training and audit findings in Eco-Online and Excel trackers.
Compile monthly KPI and trend reports for managers.
Book toolbox talks, external inspections and staff training courses.
Maintain PPE, asset and calibration register.
Prepare RAMS packs, induction paperwork
Ideal background
Experience in administration / coordination where H&S paperwork was part of the role
Confident with Excel, Word and online databases; comfortable turning data into simple reports.
Strong eye for detail and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Friendly communicator-happy talking to engineers one minute and directors the next.
Keen to learn more about safety, quality and environment and grow with the team.Why this role
