Personal Assistant / Secretary
Location: Chelwood Gate (Must be a driver due to rural location)
4 days a week, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salary: £25,000 per annum

Are you an organised and proactive individual with a strong administrative background, looking to step into a role within the medical field? Do you enjoy supporting busy professionals and managing a varied workload in a friendly and fast-paced environment?
We are working with a highly regarded private medical practice seeking a PA/Secretary to join their small, collaborative team based in rural Chelwood Gate. You do not need previous experience in a medical setting - just strong administrative skills, a great phone manner, and the ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure.
What you'll be doing:
Acting as the first point of contact by phone and email for patients, consultants, and external professionals.
Managing diaries and appointments for clinical and medicolegal cases across the London and Sussex locations.
Liaising with patients, GPs, surgical colleagues, solicitors, and insurers.
Supporting with document preparation, correspondence, and ad hoc admin tasks.
Assisting with invoice processing, payment handling, and following up with insurance companies on outstanding payments. What we're looking for:
A confident communicator with a warm, professional telephone manner.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Strong administrative or secretarial background - ideally in a PA, EA or team support role.
Comfortable working with confidential information and handling sensitive matters discreetly.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a small team.
