Finance Assistant
Location:Stockbridge, Hampshire.
Salary:£27k+
Hours:Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
1to1 Group is recruiting a skilled and motivated Finance Assistant on behalf of a client located in Stockbridge. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business in a key finance role to provide essential support to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing credit control via phone and email.
* Opening new customer accounts.
* Performing company credit checks.
* Posting and allocating customer receipts.
* Completing monthly bank reconciliations.
* Uploading invoices to the customer portal.
* Producing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Experience of working in a busy finance department
2. AAT Level 3 with three years working experience
3. Knowledge of Sage 200 preferable
4. Knowledge and skills to use Microsoft packages such as word and excel
5. Good organisation
