Bartender
The Wigmore
The Wigmore - an upscale tavern, named The Best PubBar 2022 by The Caterer magazine, is currently recruiting for a Bartender. In this role, we are looking for a true hospitality professional, someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service to our guests.
As a Bartende, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, from Monday to Sunday, totaling 40 hours per week. The early shift begins at 7 a.m., the middle shift at 12 p.m., and the evening shift at 3 p.m. (the working shifts are 8 hours long + 30 minutes break).
In the role of Bartender, your key focus will be to:
%CF; develop memorable cocktails and offering spirits, wines and beers
%CF; prepare any other beverages that are requested by guests
%CF; delivering an excellent experience for guests
%CF; have flair, charisma and charm in a theatrical environment
%CF; be immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of our guests
%CF; be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
%CF; ensure that licensing laws and health and safety matters are adhered to
Do you have? -
%CF; similar experience in a quality gastropub
%CF; the ability to work under pressure
%CF; to ability to multitask – engage with guests sitting at the bar whilst preparing drinks
%CF; the ability adapt swiftly and seamlessly to situations that arise
%CF; a passion in ensuring a delightful experience for clients and guests alike
%CF; good communication skills and very good level of English
