The Recruitment Consultant Role
You will be hiring IT professionals in Europe. A huge opportunity for a skilled recruiter to elevate their billing to the next level. This desk is permanent, but I would consider someone converting from a contract in a relevant market. The company is also interested if you'd like to consider a very senior market, as they have an executive search division working on retained searches as well.
The Company
This well-reputed company are a long-standing business based in the London Bridge area. They are a mid-sized specialist recruitment business focusing on international hires into mainly Europe and North America; They are early-stage funded clients up to stock market-listed clients, and you would have access to partner top-scale brands, collaborating across the business and travelling to meet clients internationally. All directors and managers have been promoted from within and there is a strong focus on organic stable growth as well as strong client partnerships with communities, face to face events and working closely with the events and marketing teams.
The Package
* Senior Recruitment Consultants are paid a 30- 40k basic salary
* The commission scheme is uncapped
* Commission pays 20% to 30% past a 6k threshold, even on existing client accounts
* 4 days in the office per week, 1 from home

The Requirements
* Experience in 360 recruitment with proven success in picking up clients
* You will likely have more than 2 years of recruitment experience
* It would be ideal if you had hired internationally
* You must already be living in the UK, with travel access to the office within a reasonable commute
* You must have IT recruitment experience
* You must have experience in hiring using LinkedIn as a tool
* It would be ideal if you had used face-to-face events and community tools
* You must be willing to travel to Europe to run and take part in events to engage with stakeholders face-to-face
* You must be able to and willing to work in the office 4 days a week
