Key Responsibilities
1. Operate production machinery safely and efficiently; therefore, output meets daily targets
2. Assemble products accurately in line with specifications and quality standards
3. Monitor production lines closely and report issues immediately to supervisors
4. Carry out regular quality checks so finished goods meet required standards
5. Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
6. Keep your work area clean and organised to support smooth operations
7. Work proactively with team members to achieve production goals
8. Support the training of new colleagues when required
Essential Skills & Experience
9. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
10. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
11. Ability to follow instructions and production procedures accurately
12. Strong teamwork skills and reliable work ethic
13. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
14. Positive and proactive attitude
