* Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.
* Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and uphold residents\' dignity and preferences.
About You / Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) to join as a Senior Care Assistant.
* Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
* Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to providing individualised care and support.
* Opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training; progression to roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer or nursing roles is possible.
