Base pay range
Are you a Multi Trade Operative looking for a position in Wirral and surrounding areas? Want to earn £34,067.00 per year working 40 hours a week?
Please note, you may need to work further afield as the contract requires. Travel times are considered part of working hours.

Your Role:
First and second fix plumbing, repair/renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring. Repair/renew doors and casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, ducting paneling. Patch plastering. Install shower trays, tile walls, install bathroom suites (WC, WHB, mixer showers). Painting and decorating to a good standard. Radiator installation including draining and refilling systems.
Requirements:
Completed recognised Apprenticeship with NVQ L2/L3. Experience as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber, including wet rooms & disabled adaptations. Competent in joinery and/or plumbing. Plastering skills (desirable). Ability to perform multi-skilled trades, experience in social housing (desirable). Driving licence essential. Skilled workers should hold a CSCS card, asbestos awareness, and have their own tools.
