You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to implement systems and improve processes with real commercial impact. A solid understanding of the interplay between technologies - including SAP and Salesforce - is essential, as is the ability to navigate complex stakeholder groups and keep momentum high.
A relevant degree is essential for this role - particularly those with a foundation in structured problem-solving and systems thinking. Degrees in Business Analysis, Economics, Information Technology, or Business Management with IT tend to work particularly well in this environment.
What you'll bring:
* 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
* SAP expertise (essential)
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM knowledge
* Strong understanding of systems integration and technical dependencies
* Experience in implementing end-to-end process improvement
* Commercially minded - able to connect operational change to business outcomes
* Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills (technical and non-technical)
What you'll do:
* Partner with technical and business teams to deliver scalable process improvements
* Own the change roadmap, prioritising projects with measurable commercial impact
* Facilitate workshops, lead stakeholder discussions, and manage UAT
* Translate complex requirements into practical solutions
* Ensure system roll outs are aligned with business goals and global growth
