Working in our parts department as a Parts Advisor, you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills to deal with customers face-to-face or over the phone, providing outstanding customer service.

What you’ll do day to day
* Provide guidance to customers on parts availability, ensuring timely and accurate information
* Log and allocate parts and consumables from suppliers accurately
* Deliver outstanding customer service to external and internal customers
* Recommend suitable parts to meet customer needs
* Maintain accurate customer records on our systems
* Communicate promotions, offers, and product information effectively
* Familiarize yourself with all procedures within the parts department
* Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
Helpful skills and qualifications

* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Methodical and logical approach, especially during busy periods
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
* Proficiency in IT, including web-based systems, email, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Valid UK driving license required
