Description
The Accounts Payable clerk will;
Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Prepare and process weekly payment runs in a timely manner.
Monitor and respond to supplier queries, maintaining clear communication.
Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Maintain accurate and organised records for audit purposes.
Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar role.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
An understanding of basic accounting principles.Job Offer
