Job Title: Multi Discipline Technician
Location: Tayto, Tandragee
Reports To: Engineering Manager/Supervisor
Purpose
To ensure the effective and efficient running of the assets at Tayto Tandragee. To be involved in KPIs such as high PM completion, downtime reduction, and continuous improvement. Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing machinery within the factory. Be proactive in dealing with daily issues.

2. Abide by safety rules and ensure hygiene standards are maintained within the department.
3. Maintain clear and effective communication within the department.
4. Demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative.
5. Develop own performance by actively seeking development opportunities.
6. Work independently and be self-motivated.
7. Demonstrate a logical approach to fault finding in modern PLC-controlled machinery.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Good working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
* Strong knowledge of electronic control devices.
* Strong electrical discipline within a process environment.
* Educated to ONC or equivalent.
* Good communication and team working skills.
* Relevant apprenticeship served.
* Food-based manufacturing experience is beneficial.
Work Schedule
You will be part of a small team of shift engineers working on a rotating shift pattern, including 7 days and 7 nights shifts of 11.5 hours over a 28-day cycle. The day shift starts at 07:30 and ends at 19:30. The night shift starts at 19:30 and ends at 07:30.
