Required Skills Commercial Energy Sales Job Summary The Role: As an Energy Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, reaching out to UK businesses to introduce our competitive energy contracts. Your mission will be to understand each business’s unique energy needs and provide them with the most cost-effective and efficient energy solutions. This is a high-energy, fast-paced role where your success directly translates into substantial financial rewards. What We’re Looking For: • At least 12 months experience in a B2B energy consultancy or brokerage environment • Strong understanding of gas and electricity procurement, tariffs, and supplier offerings • Familiarity with energy contracts, renewals, and switching processes • Strong Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and persuasive manner. • Self-Motivation: A high level of self-motivation and drive, with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively. • Resilience: The ability to handle rejection and persist in the face of challenges. A positive attitude and determination to succeed are essential. • Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help businesses save money and improve their energy efficiency, combined with a strong commitment to customer service. • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
