We're working with a growing international technology business in the construction and infrastructure sector. They are looking to expand their Sales team and drive growth across North America.
Key Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end sales: prospecting, pipeline management, demos, negotiation, and closing
* Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level, VPs, Project Directors)
* Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored presentations and demos
* Navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals and drive them to close
* Maintain accurate records and forecasts in CRM tools
* Monitor competitors and market trends to inform sales strategy
What They’re Looking For
* 3+ years in quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales
* Proven record of closing complex, high-value deals
* Strong consultative sales skills and experience negotiating 5–6 figure contracts
* Willingness and ability to work US hours (Eastern, Central, or Pacific)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
* Having ConTech sales experience is beneficial
