As a key member of our Regional Leadership Team, you’ll lead financial strategy and operations across a cluster of academies covering Lincolnshire, Sheffield and Bradford (North East), ensuring long-term sustainability, compliance, and best value. You’ll work closely with Academy Principals, Regional Directors, and finance teams to shape budgets, unlock funding opportunities, and drive innovative cost-saving strategies. While our finance team is based at Oasis Academy Wintringham in Grimsby, we also have academies in Bradford and Sheffield, which could serve as your home base.
