Complex Care Professionals are recruiting Healthcare Assistants to join our team on the Community Pop in Visits. If you are passionate about providing person-centred care & are looking to make a difference to the lives of people, this role is for you. As a Healthcare Assistant your responsibilities will include assisting Service Users in their own homes. Ideally you will have previous experience of working with Complex Health Needs & Clinical Interventions, however training will be provided for the right candidate.
