We encourage our Change Management and Training Consultants to contribute ideas and innovations to improve client and colleague benefits.
On-the-job training is provided on the NTT DATA Business Solutions project toolset.
Job Summary:
The Senior Change & Training Consultant will lead and manage change activities across IT-led transformation programs, engaging and supporting stakeholders for successful change adoption. You will apply relevant change management approaches as per the Statements of Work.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Depending on the program, you may supervise other OCM professionals within the NDBS OCM team or the client organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives.
* Apply OCM methodology to manage change activities aligned with project objectives and SOW.
* Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment.
* Provide leadership to change teams when needed.
* Support Change and Training tools (e.g., Enable Now, WalkMe).
* Share best practices within the OCM team.
* Assist in business development, including RFP responses and pre-sales activities.
* Recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
* PROSCI or Advanced APMG Change Practitioner certification preferred.
Required Skills / Abilities:
Experience:
* Proven experience in Organisational Change Management, especially in large-scale transformations.
* Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
* Experience applying structured change methodologies.
* Ability to assess impacts and develop effective change strategies.
Skills:
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
* Experience leading change networks and developing training strategies.
* Knowledge of business processes and system explanations.
* Analytical skills to identify root causes and develop solutions.
Personal Attributes:
* Comfortable in fast-paced, complex environments.
* Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
* Experience in SAP-related change projects is highly desirable.
* Curious and eager to learn.
* Willing to travel and work flexibly.
* Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
