* Willingness to learn and apply knowledge of relevant SEMH strategies and interventions.
* An understanding of safeguarding and child protection, with a commitment to promoting the welfare of young people.

What We Offer:

* Competitive pay rates, reflective of your skills and experience.
* A supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued.
* Opportunities for continuous professional development and career advancement.
* The chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people and contribute to their future success.

About our Academy:
Our Academy is dedicated to supporting all students in overcoming their specific needs and barriers to learning, enabling them to reach their full potential both academically and behaviourally. We achieve this by providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences, using tailored assessment and engagement strategies, and developing educational programmes that cater to individual needs.

We place a strong emphasis on an integrated therapeutic approach to education, working closely with families to set aspirational targets for every learner and celebrating each student’s achievements to reinforce their success and growth. For those students demonstrating the skills and attainment needed to reintegrate into a mainstream school, we offer dedicated support during the transition process, along with guidance for their families on how best to support their child’s journey.
