Overview
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, a desire to learn and passion to develop and improve. Previous outpatient experience is welcome, but 6-12 months experience from within an acute setting in the NHS is necessary, with a care certificate issued by the Trust being a requirement. This is a full-time post (Monday - Friday).

Working as a Healthcare Support Worker in an Outpatient environment within the hospital setting.
Carry out assigned tasks involved with patient care as delegated by the Charge Nurse/Sister whilst maintaining the privacy and dignity of patients.
To assist in the provision of high-quality fundamental care to patients whilst supporting the clinicians in the smooth running of clinics.
This will be whilst demonstrating excellent care, compassion and communication and to be guided by the trusts values and policies.

Qualifications
* 6–12 months experience from within an acute NHS setting, with a care certificate issued by the Trust requirement.
* Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and develop.
* Outpatient experience is welcome but not required beyond the NHS acute setting requirement.
