Job Title: Store Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Store Operations Manager.
Salary:
£13.65 per hour, with opportunities for overtime.
Job Description:
* Friendly and welcoming customer service is key to this role, as you will be responsible for managing the store and handling challenging situations.
* You will develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected.
* Maintain a safe, legal, and fully operational store environment.
* Ensure diligence checks and stock accuracy to provide a great shopping experience for customers.
* Support the store manager by deputising when needed and delivering HR processes.
* Lead the introduction of new products and services in-store, working closely with your team to implement change and encourage feedback.
* Build relationships with the local community, supporting the store manager with the delivery of the local community plan.

* The ability to balance leading and supporting your team while rolling up your sleeves on the shop floor.
* Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
