We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our reach and impact.

Role Summary:

The Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving the growth of Light Renewables by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for renewable energy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.

Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations to potential customers.

Follow up on leads and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with the installation and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer experience.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and strategies.

Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and community events to promote Light Renewables' services.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.

Strong understanding of the solar energy market and its dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
