In 2025, ARDATEM UK Pvt Ltd. began operations in the UK to provide engineering consulting services in Control and Instrumentation (C&I), safety, and electrical engineering, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for the UK nuclear industry.
As part of the Hinkley Point C (HPC) nuclear project, you will join the Configuration Management team within Edvance/EPRe's Technical Direction. Your role will involve managing and coordinating technical configuration activities, implementing the Design Change Process, and contributing to the project's engineering performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the NI Configuration Manager in achieving team objectives.
* Coordinate and assist in preparing commissioning start activities.
* Lead and support the Design Change process:
* Organize Configuration Days and stakeholder workshops.
* Deliver UKDC (UK Design Change) training and update training materials.
* Monitor and report on performance indicators (KPIs).
* Conduct compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
* Resolve configuration-related incidents and non-conformances.
* Manage T2/T3 UKDC changes.
* Facilitate Immediate Actions Meetings.
* Support transversal technical topics based on project priorities.
* Manage Technical Convergence Meetings.
* Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Update INS processes, guidance documents, and training materials.
* Administer the UKDC database as needed.
* Contribute to Technical Direction Committees.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
* Understanding of EPR (European Pressurised Reactor) design and engineering processes.
* Knowledge of UK nuclear regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Ability to comprehend and synthesize complex technical topics.
* Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and technical excellence.
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Leadership experience in a regulated technical environment.
* French language skills are a plus.
* Solid technical background.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in engineering or project engineering roles.
* Experience in cross-functional technical coordination.
