Key Responsibilities Build, strengthen, and manage long-term client relationships across international regions, with a strong focus on the Far East. Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach, market development, and in-person international visits. Deliver presentations, product overviews, and commercial updates to distributors, partners, and clients worldwide. Take full ownership of your sales pipeline, revenue delivery, and business development strategy, operating with autonomy, entrepreneurial freedom, and a strong commercial drive. Represent the business at international events, meetings, and market development activities. Essential Skills and Qualifications Demonstrated success in field sales or business development, ideally in an international capacity. A naturally driven salesperson, eager to exceed targets and capitalise on global growth opportunities. Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, results-focused environment. Someone who may feel they have outgrown their current role and is seeking a company where progression is not only possible but actively encouraged. Strong adaptability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Ireland, the UK, and internationally (including the Far East). Valid driver's licence and passport required.
