Responsibilities
* Generate new business aligned with financial targets.
* Work with prospective and existing customers to develop and sell forwarding solutions.
* Manage customer enquiries process.
* Report weekly business development progress to the COO.
* Conduct market research and gather intelligence to develop business opportunities.
* Identify and report growth opportunities via new customers, routes, and services.
