About the Role
Pybus Recruitment is seeking an experiencedGerman-speaking eCommerce Customer Service Advisorto support the online retail operations of a well-established automotive client. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat (tbc), and telephone (tbc).
* Manage and resolve issues from eBay, Amazon, and the companys webshop.
* Process returns, exchanges, and investigate order discrepancies.
* Liaise with couriers regarding outbound, delayed, or damaged shipments.
* Co-ordinate and track orders using internal and external systems.
* Collaborate with external eCommerce partners and agencies.
* Provide support across additional customer service channels when required.
