you’ll bring with
youRegistered
Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC
registration.Minimum of 5
years of clinical experience, preferably with a strong surgical
background, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial
role.Strong clinical skills
and knowledge of best practices in patient
care.Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and organizational
skills.Ability to lead and
motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work
environment.Experience in
managing budgets and resources
