About the Role
In this opportunity as an Sales Trainee/Graduate you will:
1. Be taken through an intensive induction/ onboarding period consisting of:
2. An introduction to Thomson Reuters Legal
3. Sales cycle and ‘consultative selling’ training
4. Product training
5. Shadowing team members
6. You will then be assigned rotations or projects so you get to experience various roles and be part of different teams.
7. High performers may be eligible to apply for permanent positions after the onboarding period.
8. Along the way you will have the dedicated support of a buddy and will be able to make valuable connections across our sales team and beyond.
9. We expect that high performing Sales Trainees will move into permanent roles within our sales team by the time they graduate from the Sales Academy Scheme (this is subject to availability and performance).
About You :
To be our Sales Trainee/Graduate you will likely have/be:
10. Demonstrable passion and drive to begin a career in sales
11. Previous sales or customer centric work experience would be advantageous
12. Experience of or understanding of the legal sector would be beneficial but is not essential
13. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
14. Desire to provide exceptional customer service
15. Curiosity to learn combined with an innovative and creative mindset
16. A collaborator, someone who works well within a team
17. A self starter, someone who can be proactive and add value quickly
18. An interest in Thomson Reuters
