We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver our marketing strategy, grow our audience, and position our brand for national recognition.
Role Overview
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and local channels. You'll develop strategies that drive customer engagement, build brand awareness, and support business growth across all hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing plans for restaurant and hospitality projects.
* Manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) with engaging, on-brand content.
* Coordinate press and PR opportunities, including local and national coverage.
* Oversee digital advertising (Google, Meta Ads) and monitor campaign performance.
* Design and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Brevo/Sendinblue.
* Build relationships with influencers, media, and community partners.
* Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion) and prepare regular marketing reports.
* Support event promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new business launches.
* Ensure all marketing reflects our values: hospitality, sustainability, and storytelling through food.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (hospitality/F&B experience preferred).
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
* Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp) and CRM tools.
* Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising campaigns.
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
* Creative mindset with strong visual and brand awareness.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
* Strong teamwork skills but also confident working independently.
Desirable:
* Experience in PR or media relations.
* Photography/videography or design skills (Canva/Adobe).
* Passion for food, hospitality, and cultural storytelling.
