Recruitment Manager/Business Manager
Technology team – SAP desk
We are investing in the expansion of our Enterprise Technology business, and SAP is the next major area of growth. To lead this, we are seeking a Business Manager or Business Director with deep expertise in the SAP recruitment market.
This isn’t a role for someone looking to “step up.” We need a proven leader with the gravitas, credibility and market knowledge to immediately plug into the SAP ecosystem and shape the strategy from day one.
What We’re Looking For
* A strong SAP recruitment background with a clear understanding of modules, technologies, talent pools, and client landscapes
* 4–5+ years’ experience in SAP or wider enterprise tech recruitment
* Proven experience building client relationships, winning large accounts, and influencing senior stakeholders
* The confidence and capability to serve as a practice lead, shaping the market strategy and driving growth
* Ambition, commercial edge and the desire to create something new within a major organisation
This is the chance to build and grow a practice from scratch, without the risk of doing it alone.
You’ll have:
* Full national remit to recruit across the UK & Ireland

What the role involves:
* Build and lead the SAP practice strategy
* Develop a new revenue stream within a high‑performing, Enterprise Technology practice
* Leverage existing Hays client networks to accelerate growth
* Establish a strong SAP community presence through events, partnerships and thought leadership
* Work closely with senior leaders to scale the practice over time
