The main duties and responsibilities include
The Education Consultant is responsible for providing high quality advice and guidance to international students seeking to study in the UK. The Consultant will assist in the selection of both institution and course of study supporting the student with the entire admission process ensuring an outstanding level of service throughout. You will also continuously monitor the projects and provide support and feedback to our project partners.
Responsibilities
Provide high quality counselling (via phone, online or face to face) for international students on study opportunities in the UK
Contribute actively to developing both the UK and international markets on behalf of the company;online/offline marketing activities to maximize the amount of enquires
Assist with applications to institutions, obtaining offers and facilitating enrolments
Follow-up on leads and enquiries to maximize applications
Provide advice and guidance on the variety of English language tests to support admission
Education & experience
Essential
Ability to communicate (both written and verbally) confidently through the medium of both English and mandarin
Result oriented with the ability to work under pressure to achieve targets
Self-motivated and ambitious with a passion for selling
Experience of working in a target driven sales environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a small, tight-knit high performance-team
Detail oriented with excellent organisational and analytical skills
High level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to include empathy, self-awareness, social skills and motivation
Bachelors degree (or higher)
Desirable
Knowledge of, or experience working or studying within, UK higher education institutions
Experience of working with an education agent
