Job Description
Our client, an expanding firm, require a qualified Solicitor with experience in Family/Wills/Trusts and Probate law to join their team.
You will ideally have been qualified at least two years, although consideration will be given to recently qualified with solid experience.
This role offers a competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus benefits.
The role:
* To undertake private client work including wills, powers of attorney, trusts, probate and estate administration
* To make a positive contribution to the work of the department and the firm
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dealing effectively and efficiently with enquiries from prospective new clients.
2. Taking instructions from clients, advising and maintaining high levels of client care throughout the course of the case
3. Accepting instructions from new clients and advising them on costs and funding and the firms terms of business and confirming that advice in writing in accordance with practice requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
4. Obtain payments on account of costs at all relevant stages and keep client advised of costs throughout the course of the case. Delivery of regular bills to the client.
