This opportunity offers a highly competitive hourly rate as well as working in brand new facilities based in the city centre. Your role of Maintenance Coordinator will involve upkeep of facilities ensuring cleanliness, providing general repairs/maintenance where required. This role involves working on a ticketing system to ensure all tasks are prioritised, managed and resolved in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for A background in facilities maintenance or other transferable areas would be advantageous however not required. As this is a physical demanding role you should be comfortable with lifting duties where required. If you are an effective communicator, have a positive working attitude are well organised then this is the opportunity for you. This role includes an attractive hourly rate of ?16.11 per hour for the right candidate.
