Job Summary
The Program Performance Manager – Red Zone Recovery Program will report to the Director of Quality Assurance and plays an integral role in supporting all components of the Red Zone Recovery Program through data analysis, program management, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role acts as a central coordination point, partnering with hotel teams and discipline leaders to translate insights into action and drive measurable performance improvement. Through strong analytical capability, structured communication, and collaboration across functions, the role supports adherence to Marriott standards and enhances guest satisfaction.
Core Work Activities
Program Management & Coordination
1. Manage timelines and governance for the Red Zone Recovery Program
2. Ensure accurate, up-to-date program documentation and communication materials
3. Serve as a key liaison between hotel teams and corporate stakeholders
4. Track improvement plans, provide performance commentary, and report back to Operations leadership
5. Build clear dashboards, reports, and presentations to support leadership decision-making
6. Collaborate with cross-functional disciplines (., Planning & Strategy, F&B) to promote quality initiatives
7. Stay informed on industry standards, regulations, and best practices in hospitality quality assurance and ensure alignment
Analytics
8. Collect, organise, and analyse data to generate insights and actionable recommendations
9. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support decision-making
10. Highlight inefficiencies and opportunities for process and workflow improvements
11. Create reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to various stakeholder groups
12. Work with both quantitative and qualitative data to provide a comprehensive analysis
13. Conduct research on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences
Administration
14. Design and prepare various reports
15. Maintain, collate, and distribute relevant activity reports
16. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and materials
17. Respond promptly to requests for information and support
18. Perform additional tasks as assigned
19. Attend and participate in relevant meetings
20. Gather information from multiple sources and conduct research to support analysis
21. Deliver virtual or in-person program training sessions where required
Tracking and Measurement
22. Monitor project progress and effectiveness, capturing and applying lessons learned
23. Prepare concise updates and reports for a range of stakeholders
24. Provide analysis on Red Zone hotel performance across the organization
25. Identify and share best practices to support hotels requiring improvement
Candidate Profile
Required
26. Experience in program management, analytics, operations, or a related field
27. Strong analytical capability and confidence working with large datasets
28. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
29. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
30. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple workflows
31. Experience supporting senior stakeholders or working in a fast-paced environment
32. Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and use initiative
33. Flexibility based on business needs
34. Ability to understand stakeholder needs and provide aligned analysis
Preferred Skills and Knowledge
35. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the lodging or hospitality industry and/or graduate of a Marriott Voyage program
36. Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
37. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and identify performance gaps
38. Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
39. Ability to design and implement tracking systems for documents and reporting
40. Strong presentation and communication skills
41. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
42. Proven ability to manage multiple projects within a complex organisation
Education and Professional Certification
43. Three-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
44. Project Management and/or Data Analysis certification preferred
