We are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Coordinator with a passion for developing a career within HR. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role between our hiring managers and candidates. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising vacancies and coordinating interviews to making offers and collating candidate documentation. Develop a strong understanding of the brands within Polaris, including their purpose, culture and environment Liaise with candidates via phone and email, providing clear information about roles, responsibilities, salary and benefits Complete a range of administrative duties relating to recruitment Collate all required documentation for successful candidates in line with company and regulatory requirements Liaise with HR regarding the onboarding process Experience working with the full Microsoft Office suite Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role would be advantageous Previous experience or knowledge of children's residential homes would be advantageous The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS check if successful for the position.
