We have amazing Temporary opportunities as Receptionist, Runner, Event Assistant and Administrator working for a number of small, medium and large companies in Central London. We are seeking candidates who want to be our ‘go to temp’ for ‘on the day’, week and ongoing temporary assignments.
We are looking for candidates to start immediately and there is also weekend work available.
Our clients range from property, creative, tech start ups, retail head offices to asset management, serviced offices, oil/gas and other professional services firms. You will be required to be well presented and have exceptional communication skills.
As a Tate Temp you will be a Brand Ambassador representing the company in a range of duties from front of house reception & meet/greet, or working onsite at events, or working as a Runner performing adhoc tasks
Pay rate £13p/h - £14p/h
Your responsibilities will include;
* Being the first point of contact to all guests
* Booking and managing all meeting room bookings
* Answering all calls
* Ensuring the reception are is tidy and clean at all times
* Setting up meeting rooms and AV equipment
* Ordering and organising catering
* Assisting with staff and client events
* Ordering and tracking stationary and kitchen supplies
* General adhoc tasks
What you need to possess;
* Corporate reception or similar high end/luxury customer service experience
* Experience in managing a busy reception area
* Working in professional, polished environment
* Team player and collaborative approach
* Love being a Brand Ambassador and Receptionist
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* An agile, adaptable and down to earth approach
