Starting on 1st line support, youll soon grow into more complex 2nd line issues from configuring laptops and resolving connectivity faults, to diagnosing server backup issues and helping roll out new IT infrastructure. As an IT Support Engineer, youll be working across a wide technology landscape including Microsoft 365 admin, Windows 10/11 devices, Server 2016 environments, networking equipment (including Ubiquiti), VPNs, VLANs and cloud-hosted services. Youll be configuring hardware, setting up user accounts, resolving email and printer issues, and assisting in client architecture decisions. While the majority of work is remote, youll also go onsite occasionally using a shared pool vehicle to help maintain those strong client relationships. Youll be part of a tight, four-person team where everyone has each others back. Leadership here is technical and present youll learn directly from senior engineers and the founder himself.
