Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Branch Manager in motivating a large sales team, including line management responsibilities.
2. Manage sales, resources, and customer service within the branch to meet KPIs.
3. Contribute as part of the management team to deliver high performance aligned with company values.
4. Ensure branch compliance with standards to maintain balanced performance.
5. Engage actively in HR activities, including performance management, succession planning, and recruitment, recognizing the importance of our people.
6. Assist in external recruitment, inductions, and internal talent development.
7. Promote a customer-focused approach to keep the customer at the heart of all activities.
Skills and Experience
* Leadership experience, motivating and driving a sales team.
* Excellent communication skills to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
* Sales experience with a proven track record in managing key accounts.
* Organised and resourceful in approach.
