A skilled and driven Accounts Assistant with at least one year of relevant experience is needed to join the team at this leading aircraft charter company based in Farnborough on a full-time or part-time basis.
You will be supporting the Finance Manager and Finance Director with day-to-day accounting activities as well as assisting the wider team, as necessary.
Successful candidates will have a good foundation in finance and accounting principles, ideally with at least one year's experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, flexible, and capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and changeable environment.
Background checks will be carried out to include Credit checks and a 5-year work history.

Key Responsibilities:
1. General accounts admin
2. Obtain approval, code, and post supplier invoices onto accounting system
3. Generate sales invoices from our bespoke client management system and post to the accounting system
4. Prepare BACS runs for approval
5. Post daily bank receipts and payments to the accounting system
6. Processing staff mileage and expenses
7. Processing company credit card expenses
8. Bank reconciliation (multi-currency)
9. Updating daily Exchange Rates on all systems
