Actual Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 ( M1 - UP3) and in addition TLR 2.3, £8,279 per annum.
The post is offered on a Full Time and Permanent basis.

Are you a passionate and innovative educator with expertise in Physics?
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic professional to join our upper school. We are on a journey of rapid improvement and want inquisitive, positive, dynamic and resilient colleagues to join our excellent Science department.
Our thriving department is currently recruiting for a Head of Physics. The department is very well-resourced and there will be the opportunity to teach across all Key Stages.
Ideally, we would like to appoint someone who
* Is an exceptional teacher of Physics with proven success in the subject
* Is passionate about Science and Physics education and committed to student engagement
* Has the ability to inspire students
* Has an awareness of Rosenshine’s principles of instruction
* An awareness of some of the concepts explored in Tom Sherrington’s ‘Walkthru’ series or Doug Lemov’s ‘Teach Like a Champion’ series.
