Telford and Wrekin Council are seeking to appoint a committed careers professional to join our FutureFocus Careers Team. The position is part-time and permanent. You will be required to bring experience, credibility and be able to build effective relationships with the individuals on your caseload and will be required to use a range of strategies to help our young people make appropriate careers choices, motivate them to take action and support their transitions between school and post 16 options, and from post 16 onwards. The post will work with a range of our local schools and post 16 providers to ensure young people are helped to move forward in their transitions to further learning, training, employment or move into other appropriate services.
