to become a vital part of our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team in Harpenden, working on the Thames Water framework. Location & Hours
Location:
Harpenden, with a blend of home and office working, plus occasional travel to various sites in the Thames Valley region. Hours:

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role. Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in our commercial team, supporting the management of projects during the construction phase. Your daily tasks will include: Ensuring compliance with the project's procurement strategy, including subcontract inquiries and tender reviews. Managing valuations, project cashflow, and turnover forecasts, along with monthly cost reports and progress records. Preparing monthly cost/value reports for projects, reviewing results, and analyzing trends with other contract team members. What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have: A relevant academic qualification in a construction-related degree. A full driving license. Prior experience in a commercial role for a contractor, ideally with MEP exposure. Experience with various contract forms. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
