We’re looking for a HR Business Partner to support our UK, Ireland & Nordics business.
The role will be based from either Bracknell, Portsmouth or Milton Keynes with hybrid working. This is a multi-site role and the successful candidate will need to travel to visit these sites on a regular basis. They will be expected to be at one of these sites a minimum of 2 days a week.
Initially this will be a 6 month Fixed-Term Contract with the possibility of permanent. Our full-time hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday however part-time working could be considered for this role.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Operating as the main contact person for all HR related topics
* Submitting payroll information to the Payroll team, calculating holiday pay due and approving monthly payroll for each country.
* Resource planning – coaching managers on structure changes, the grading framework, writing job descriptions, and the recruitment process
* Coordinating onboarding & inductions for new joiners with the HR Administration team
* Leading & assisting with Human Resources projects
* Running the annual performance & development process
* Providing coaching to manages on employee relations cases

We are looking for a HR Advisor who has the following skills and experiences:
* experience in a HR Advisor role is essential supporting UK and preferable if you have experience supporting Ireland or Nordic countries.
* Must have impeccable written and spoken English
* Must have experience checking and approving payroll
* experience with recruitment and interviewing
* strong organisational and administrative skills
* ability to communicate with people at all levels
The candidate MUST have a car and driving license as travel to the sites by car will be essential for the role.
