Key responsibilities include: Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, and on a one-to-one basis. Helping children to access the curriculum and develop confidence, independence, and resilience. Assisting teachers in preparing resources and managing classroom activities. Promoting positive behaviour and safeguarding the welfare of all pupils. Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support childrens learning. What Were Looking For Experience working with children in a school setting (desirable but not essential).
