Overview
The Mental Health Act Hearings Co-ordinator is an integral post within the expanding Mental Health Administration Team. This position is primarily to arrange all patient\'s Associate Hospital Managers reviews within a timely manner. The post is for six months to cover maternity leave as a Hybrid position in line with Trust policy.
Responsibilities
* To liaise with professionals for timely submission of reports.
* To ensure all patient reviews are undertaken in accordance with the Mental Health Act legislation and code of practice.
* To ensure all decisions are cascaded to participants.
* To keep internal processes and spreadsheets up to date accordingly.
Qualifications and skills
* Have excellent communication skills.
