Warehouse Operative (Training Provided) – Entry level role
Salary: Dependent on age and experience
Location: Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands
Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:30, Friday 08:30 - 16:30 (1-hour lunch break)

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established, family-run SME that are leaders in their market.
This is a permanent, full-time role, and no previous warehouse experience is required—full training will be provided!
You will be involved in:-
* Picking and packing a variety of goods accurately and efficiently
* Ensuring orders are dispatched on time to meet next-day delivery targets
* Assisting with stock replenishment and working with the Goods In team
* Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
* Working as part of a busy team to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations
The ideal person will be:-
* Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
* Team player, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards
* Previous warehouse experience is not essential; they are happy to provide training!
